Reka Gobel obtained her business degree in 1996 in Budapest, and an MBA degree in the United States. Réka has17 years of professional experience in HR strategy development, implementation, organization development, change management, talent management and development, recruitment, and compensation. Reka supported several industries like FMCG, Shared Services, Commercial, Media&Entertainment, Retail, Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical and non-profit organizations through consulting or coaching assignments. Reka has almost 10 years HR management experience in multinational environment and 7 years in organizational consultancy.

Reka has been also active in managing non-profit organizations: for ten years she was the President of the Calasanctius Scholarship Foundation, and currently, she is a member of the board of the Csomasroom Foundation. She offers pro bono consulting services for non-profit organzations and to some small Hungarian enterprises.
